What You Will Do: 

• This position supervises a team of support and/or production level or hourly/direct employees in Manufacturing Operations.   

• The OPS TL will lead the RTPR meetings, monitors, and coordinates manufacturing team activities, giving importance to individuals members and overall team achievement to accomplish the policy deployment objectives.   

• Monitors cell performance: productivity, production schedule, cost, quality, safety compliance and customer satisfaction goals within our manufacturing facility.   

• Actively involved in real-time problem resolution, evaluates progress, and results and determines improvements that may be needed in operating procedures or objectives.   

• Leader will be full supportive about company values, employee philosophies and Lean manufacturing.   

• Performs role with minimum supervision and exceptional results.  

• Flexibility to work 1st (6:00am-3:00pm) or 2nd (3:00pm- 11:00pm) shift based on operational requirements and business needs. 

• Support travel to U.S. sites to assist with transition projects, work transfers, and production ramp-up activities as required. 

Qualifications You Must Have: 

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Aerospace) or related field.  

• 1 to 3 years as Team Leader or in a similar role, demonstrating leadership experience through direct people management or indirect leadership responsibilities, including mentoring, coaching, training, and coordinating team activities to achieve organizational objectives. 

• Proficient conversational and written English (80%), with the ability to actively participate in meetings and professional interactions. 

• Intermediate Excel skills, including experience in reporting, data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, and database management. 

Qualifications We Prefer:   

• Proven experience leading projects from planning through execution, including coordination of cross-functional teams and achievement of project objectives. 

• Experience developing and executing recovery plans to address operational, production, or project performance gaps. 

• Experience providing technical leadership and guidance in the resolution of complex manufacturing, operational, or engineering issues. 

• Experience with line balancing, capacity planning, and production optimization.
