BGS is seeking a Mid-Level or Senior C-17 Engineering Support Integration Specialist in Long Beach, CA.  This role leads establishing support requirements, costs, technical objectives, definitions, statement of work break down, reports, master schedule, program implementation and integration plans. Leads creating estimates in support of proposal activities and research and development efforts. Monitors process development and coordination of activities to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and current. Creates and leads presentations, status reviews, and monitors execution of support programs including Earned Value Management (EVM). Reviews program and engineering change proposals and assesses product support impact.

Basic Qualifications

• 6+ years of combined experience supporting engineering teams developing business reports or metrics that influence decision making
• Experience facilitating and presenting to senior leaders
• Experience with using Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Experience solving problems by working with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from an accredited course of study in Economics, Finance or Business
• Experience utilizing business processes and tools to produce reports such as MS Office Suite, Tableau, Cost/Schedule Planning tools and RIO tools
• 10+ years of combined experience supporting engineering teams in a financial / business analysis environment
• Experience with C-17 business processes and tools such as Cobra, Cognos and Boeing Opportunity, Risk and Issue System (BORIS)
• Experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range:

Mid-Level: $93,500 - $126,500

Senior: $115,600 - $156,400
