The Manager - Internal Sales, reporting to the Head of Marketing, Product & Dealer Performance is responsible for building internal sales capability from the ground up to support in-life customer engagement and drive retention opportunities for Angle Auto Finance and our partners.

In this role you will have the opportunity to develop, establish and grow a high performing internal sales function to connect with a high volume of new and existing Angle Auto Finance customers. You will work with our Dealer network to identify lending opportunities and provide auto finance solutions to help get them into the driver’s seat.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Build internal capability to support Dealer referral and drive retention to achieve sales performance targets

  • Provide high quality customer service and solutions to customers and Dealers creating a ‘best in market’ customer service culture

  • Build and develop relationships with our Dealer businesses

  • Develop reports and analytics for a range of internal stakeholders

  • Apply a broad understanding of product application

  • Building and maintaining a strong internal network

  • Provide connection and consistency in engagement of  your team. 

  • Driving for high performance of individuals and the team

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

Experiences;

  • Proven delivery management skills in initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and embedding an initiative, campaign, process, or procedure to achieve a set of objectives or outcomes.

  • Proven experience in automotive finance a team lead role.

  • A strong understanding of consumer and commercial retail finance with experience working directly with dealers, brokers or other finance introducers.

  • Business Development capability working with individuals and/or organisations to pursue strategic initiatives, relationships and/or opportunities to drive commercial value.

  • Knowledge of relevant regulations that apply to the industry, e.g. NCCP, DDO, DSM a plus.
