About the Role

The Warehouse Inventory Manager is a key member of our Operations team based across two locations in Western Sydney – Prestons and Erskine Park. This role is responsible for overseeing the accurate recording, tracking, and transferring of inventory, both physically and via our warehouse management systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day management of the inventory team
  • Ensuring that the inventory management database - including the receipt, recording and delivery of all purchased materials
  • Achievement of all warehouse and inventory control objectives including inventory turn ratios, on-hand accuracy, lowering inventory valuation and management of obsolete inventory
  • Management of cycle counts and monthly physical inventories  
  • Liaising with cross functional teams including Finance, Sales and Supply Chain

About You

You will require demonstrated inventory management experience with minimum 3+ years in either teleco, inventory control, materials, warehousing and/or field distribution industries. You will have prior people management experience and have the ability to work independently, troubleshoot and course-correct as required. This role will require someone who is used to managing tight deadlines, juggling priorities and demonstrates a strong attention to detail.
