HUMINT Targeting Specialist

With the critical decisions made in the Department of Defense (DoD) every day, we need a HUMINT Targeting Specialist like you to do just that. At Booz Allen, you’ll use your personal experience, training, certifications, and good judgment to build solutions in support of critical DoD collection priorities.

As a HUMINT Targeting Specialist, you’ll bring your targeting and analytical expertise to directly improve critical operational outcomes for our Defense mission clients. You’ll be a trusted advisor and share knowledge and findings that have a direct impact on the ability of our warfighters and policymakers to advance the defense interests of the United States.

You Have:  

  • 3+ years of experience with HUMINT targeting

  • Experience with computer-based tools, including CHROME, CRATE, Pathfinder, M3, Analyst Notebook, or Palantir

  • Ability to create network diagrams using Palantir or Analyst Notebook

  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

  • Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
