As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will lead and facilitate initial client engagement to gather, analyze, interpret, document, and communicate complex and detailed client business requirements. The Client On-boarding Specialist  will produce a blend of business, functional, and technical documentation that will carry over to IT Development teams throughout the project lifecycle. In addition, you will have significant involvement and interaction with multiple Sales, Account Management, Business, IT, and Product Management groups within Broadridge regarding client requirements and Broadridge services. This role will support high level strategic initiatives and defined business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, articulate, and document comprehensive Client business, functional, and technical requirements.

  • Outline, plan, and drive the progression to gather, analyze, and document aspects surrounding a client’s requirements and service needs.

  • Produce required Business and Technical requirement documentation that is accurate, complete, clear, and understandable.

  • Establish and instill client confidence/trust in you and the Broadridge organization.

  • Plan and execute client requirement sessions with an emphasis on success for client intake and subsequent service execution.

  • Lead and guide client discussions with confidence and resolve.

  • Ability to have client discussions at peer level and senior level.

  • Manage crucial conversations.

  • Escalate crucial client/internal conversations or concerns when appropriate.

  • Proficient and articulate Broadridge Product, Technical, and Operational specifications/workflows.

  • Train, mentor, and coach new Requirements Gathering Specialists that join the team.

  • Display a positive attitude and inspires others for greater performance.

  • Decline any decision which could breach BR best practice, cause harm/risk to a client or harm/overwhelm an associate.

  • May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

  • At least 2 years in a client facing role

  • At least 2 years in a business analysis role

  • Industry specific knowledge

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to focus to task completion

  • Demonstrated business, functional, and technical documentation skills

  • Strong Analytical skills

  • Start to finish process flow comprehension

  • Proficient written and verbal skills

  • Travel may be required

  • Off hour engagement when required

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $90,000 - $105,000. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
