DME is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team remotely in Texas, New Mexico, Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Arkansas, or Louisiana. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing direction and recommendations to support business operations pertaining to sales, developing and implementing sales plans to accomplish company goals, reviewing market analysis of customer needs, and developing and controlling the defined sales programs for DME products.

Work You’ll Do:

  • Communicate with customers daily

  • Meet team targets and key performance indicators

  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends affecting company sales, reviewing market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates

  • Assist leadership is annual review, preparation, and administration of sales forecasts

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals

  • Represent company at trade association meetings to promote product

  • Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives

  • Prepare periodic sales reports, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals

  • Monitor and evaluate activities and products of competition

  • Travel up to 50-75% of the time, including overnight stays

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field with 5+ years of sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience in mold making or plastics industry

  • Ability to utilize CRM software

  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
