We are looking for top talent for the Brand Assistant (CenCa) position based in Panama.

Purpose: Provides administrative and operational support to the Product Management team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables related to commercial and marketing activities exclusively for key brands, such as promotional materials, budget tracking, events and field force support. 

 Maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency, communication, discretion, and independent judgment. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Administrative and Operational Support 

  • Follow established administrative processes to ensure compliance and accuracy in all deliverables. 

  • Manage purchase orders, vendor creation, and invoice processing for events, materials, and services. 

  • Maintain trackers (budget and micromarketing) and review periodic reports for internal discussion and action planning.  

 

  • Event Coordination 

  • Support planning and execution of promotional and educational events, including logistics, invitations, attendance tracking, and post-event documentation. 

  • Ensure timely submission of events and compliance with internal systems (e.g., iConnect). 

 

  • Material Management 

  • Assist in the creation, approval, and submission of promotional and educational materials, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies. 

  • Manage updates and uploads of approved materials to digital platforms. 

 

  • Data and Reporting 

  • Compile and analyze basic data on product performance and market trends to support decision-making. 

 

  • Cross-functional Collaboration 

  • Act as a liaison with sales teams, responding to field requests and ensuring alignment with business needs. 

  • Participate in team meetings and follow up on action items related to events, materials, and compliance. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or related fields.
  • Additional training in marketing, events coordination, or administrative management is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative, commercial, or marketing support roles, preferably within:
    • Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer goods industries.
    • Product Management, Brand Management, Marketing, or Sales Support teams.
  • Proven experience managing vendors, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
  • Intermediate - Advanced English required
