The Opportunity

We are currently looking for our new Quality Governance Lead to come and join the Sydney team. In this role you will be accountable for developing, implementing, managing, and continuously improving our quality, completion, and information management systems. This role ensures that these systems effectively support our business processes and people, driving consistency, efficiency, and compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the ongoing development and enhancement of our Quality Management System within AIMS, providing policies, standards, processes, procedures, tools, guidelines, and user guides to ensure consistent, effective, and compliant implementation across the business and projects.

  • Lead the evolution and implementation of our Quality Governance and Performance Framework, including scheduling, conducting, and reporting on Consistency Reviews, Audits, and compliance checks to maintain adherence to our systems (AIMS and applications) and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001).

  • Oversee the advancement of our Quality and Completion reporting metrics, ensuring accurate tracking of targets and objectives, including trend analysis and improvement initiatives for both business and project governance.

  • Direct the development of education and training programs related to Quality, Completion, and Information Management, equipping users with the necessary resources to effectively utilize our systems (AIMS and related applications).

  • Manage Quality Communications across the business and projects, including initiatives like "Redefining Quality," Quality Communications, while continuously identifying and implementing improvements in system functionality, operation, and support.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Experience in quality management roles, specialising in governance, reporting and improvements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferrable) or equivalent and Lead Auditor qualifications.

  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and system applications, including understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management System Requirements and RIB CX (preferably).

  • Proven communication and presentation abilities, stakeholder negotiation, problem solving and project management. Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
