We need strong Federal sellers to help new customers realize their digital transformation goals while evolving how our current customer base leverages Box. By joining the Box Enterprise Sales team you will have an opportunity to work alongside our most senior sales leaders and our largest customer base.
WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
As a Federal Sales Director, you will lead a team of Public Sector Enterprise Account Executives that focus on closing pivotal deals in US Federal Government Department of Defense accounts experiencing high growth. You will join a team of highly motivated, energetic Public Sector sales professionals that take pride in landing new customers, running strategic sales cycles and delivering the Box message to a wide base of accounts across various industries.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Hire, train, and manage a team of Federal DoD Enterprise Account Executives
Develop Account Executives for career growth within the Box Sales organization
Support team in customer on-sites, calls, and meetings
Report on sales metrics and forecast to Senior Sales Management
Motivate team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship
Utilize Salesforce to manage sales process, and set standards for performance metrics
WHO YOU ARE
5+ years closing experience selling to large, complex enterprise organizations
3+ years managing and leading a successful Federal sales team
Prior success in ECM, Cloud, or SaaS sales management in the Federal DoD space
Experience with RFI/RFP response at scale, including government technology tools for finding and sourcing contracts
Experience partnering with SIs and consulting firms to position multi product solutions across specific use-cases or agencies
Excellent communication, business acumen organizational and time management skills
Robust Salesforce analysis and reporting and forecasting skillset
Proven successful track record of exceeding quotas
