Job Qualifications

What We Look For:

• Graduates from any discipline (minimum Bachelor’s degree) with strong academic results; either newly graduated or those with some limited experience post-graduation and are looking for a new exciting challenge!
• Passion for brand building and business management, with a creative mindset that are curious about consumer behaviours and want to deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns
• Curious individuals who are able to make complex decisions using all the data available but comfortable enough to use their gut feeling and instinct when these are missing.
• Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities. Tell us what you are proud of, we want to get to know you during your application!
• Demonstrated leadership skills and strong analytical capability.
• Excellent communication and social skills to lead external and internal stakeholders
• Strong English and Swedish verbal and writing skills
