Role Overview:

macOS developer

We are looking for a skilled developer to join our team with minimum 3-5 years of experience working in MAC OS development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of macOS internals, a solid foundation in software development principals & driver development. Candidate should be able to debug complex issues in macOS and should have passion to develop new features. 

Core Skills & Responsibilities

. 3-5 years experience in low-level system programming & driver development in macOS
. Understanding of macOS internals, system APIs & security framework
. Knowledge on memory management, performance tuning, multithreading & various OS events.
. Good programming skills in Objective-C, C/C++ & OOPS concepts is desired. Knowledge of Swift would be added advantage
. Should be up-to-date with change in macOS technologies & incorporate latest tools as part of development/debugging
. Knowledge of networking concepts like TCP/IP, HTTP, Sockets, DNS etc
. Knowledge of macOS development tools and framework e.g. Xcode, Cocoa
. Ability to debug complex issues encountered during development as well as issues observed at customer's environment
. Work closely with security researchers to develop enhanced detection capabilities for macOS
. Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Shell script & familiarity with virtualized environment like ESXi, HyperV would be beneficial

. Knowledge in the area of cyber security would be added advantage

. Should be able to write clean & maintainable code
