Details About This Specific Position: 

  • Dallas Office Location,  5 days in office per week 

  • Full-Time work during normal business hours 

 


The Summer Associate, Facilities Operations intern role involves supporting various functions, including the development of standard operating procedures, identifying operational efficiencies, managing vendors, and providing customer support. You will also be engaged in communication and employee engagement activities within the department.

In this role, you will gain experience in creating welcoming and engaging workspaces. You will assist in navigating and supporting corporate events, meeting the diverse needs of internal customers, and collaborating with external partners. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to create standard operating procedures that align with lean and Six Sigma principles, contributing to ongoing improvement. You will also help advance our existing standard operating procedures and document processes to enhance the transition and onboarding of staff.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a Corporate Facilities department, which can be valuable for your future career opportunities.
 
Minimum Experience: 

  • Undergraduate student working toward their degree and/or returning to school in the fall 
  • In a program relating to Management or Business disciplines, preferred 
  • Minimum of a 3.0 GPA

Pay Rate

$17.25 - $20.50 Hourly

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
