About the Team:

The Voice of the Customer team creates a culture where customers are at the core of everything athenahealth does. We sit within the Customer Success organization which manages the customer relationship from post-sales through maturation on our products and services. We enable the customer voice to be heard by collecting, analyzing, and sharing their feedback to drive awareness and action among our product and service teams. We engage our customers via our online community and user groups to communicate how their feedback impacts software development.

User Engagement Co-op

We’re looking for an energetic, motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the User Engagement sub-team on the Voice of the Customer team at athenahealth. This includes community administration, moderation, and customer collaboration. You must be passionate about user experience and ready to jump in and quickly familiarize yourself with the components of our Success Community.

Responsibilities:

  • Support our Community Administrator of the Success Community with 400k+ users including physicians, nurses, billers, and practice managers in navigating the self-help and support resources.

  • Support our Community Moderator in monitoring customer discussions and questions. Collaborate on decision-making regarding user engagement. Review and process product feedback submitted to athenahealth.

  • Support our User Group Program Manager to foster engagement and participation in the user group online community, as well as virtual meetings and in-person events. Assist with maintenance/updating user group related artifacts and monitor user group health reporting/metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Strong writing and communications skills

  • Strong listening, monitoring, and follow-through skills

  • Solid time management skills and attention to detail

  • Self-motivated; ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to quickly learn our systems and get up to speed on our products and services

  • Flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks and challenges

 

Expected Compensation

$0 - $0

The base salary range shown reflects the full range for this role from minimum to maximum. At athenahealth, base pay depends on multiple factors, including job-related experience, relevant knowledge and skills, how your qualifications compare to others in similar roles, and geographical market rates.  Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package - depending on role eligibility, we offer both short and long-term incentives by way of an annual discretionary bonus plan, variable compensation plan, and equity plans.
