- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Project Management (PM).
- Strong expertise in project planning, execution, and delivery within Workday environments.
- Ability to manage complex project timelines and coordinate resources effectively.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies related to software projects.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
- Capability to analyze and resolve technical challenges impacting multiple teams.
