Primary Responsibilities to include:

  • Working with the overall Occupancy Strategy and real estate portfolio plan to develop detailed analytics
  • Leveraging analytics to help inform business unit strategies
  • Support Strategic Functions - quarterly planning meetings, long term planning and divisional summaries
  • Provide reports to inform global, domestic, building, divisional views using tableau, excel and Power BI

General Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Occupancy Planning
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Data Analytics, Power BI and Tableau
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint acumen to develop presentations inclusive of supporting analytics
  • Strong familiarity with relevant computer programs including Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with process integration and improvements
  • Substantial research and organizational skills
  • Ability to complete assignments independently
