Job Description

The "Business Process Analyst" is part of Optimization, Enablement & Governance. We work with our stakeholders (customers, distributor partners, country teams and Business Process Owners) to build operational process transaction and guide process optimization and enhancement followed by Continuous Improvement and potential Automation. You will reduce transactional efforts by efficient process execution which helps to expedite issue resolution and enhance ease of doing business with Rockwell Automation.

You will report to the Team Leader GEBS Business Operations.

Main Responsabilities

• Accomplish operational processes transaction as defined by the GEBS Ops

• The Business Process Analyst works as part of a larger shared services team to execute a variety of defined operation tasks ranging from data entry, updates data quality, monitors email inbox, provides standardized responses, and documents process improvement opportunities as they execute the standardized operational tasks.

• Resolving customer queries or complaints, issues received within the SLA and ensuring to provide an initial response, prioritizing the request based on the urgency. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

• Development to ensure that high quality standards are maintained.

• Optimizing operational processes for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

• Help with the implementation of new processes. Create a variety of documents, including Standard Operating Procedure, FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) and training materials.

• Analyze data and use it to create different reports, which are then submitted to managers and used to develop business plans

• Reduce customer efforts and enhance productivity by process improvements

• Improve the process by using multiple CI (Continuous Improvement) and Lean Methodologies and Allow the ecosystem for potential automation

• Improves process of all stakeholders

• Enhance competency level in a planned manner

The Essentials – You Will Have

• Bachelor's degree mandatory in related areas.

• Advanced English

The Preferred – You Might Also Have

• 1 year of experience as Business Process Analyst.

• Expertise with SAP – CRM (Customer Relationship Management), ERP, ECC

• Knowledge of MS Office suite & other productivity applications

• Problem-Solving Skills, Critical Thinking Skills, Business Analysis Skills.

• Analytical and conceptual expertise

• Ability to work on own initiative within guardrails

• Desired - CI & Lean Awareness

• Collaboration skills and working in a matrix environment required.
