The Strategic Marketing Planning & Business Operations - Senior Manager supports and effectively implements the PCW & Enterprise Marketing Strategy — spanning both innovative long-term growth and core strategies—to ensure achievement of business goals. This role supports the development of the annual strategic marketing plan, defining priorities across Brand, Performance, Creative, and Operations teams to guide messaging and customer experience strategies for 140M+ customers. The candidate must have strong business acumen and a thorough understanding of accompanying financials (budget, results, KPIs). They ensure implementation of the strategic plan across the organization and facilitate strong communication between departments, teams, and stakeholders to inform and influence business decisions, ensuring seamless coordination, ongoing alignment, and tracking to the annual plan.
This position offers broad exposure to many aspects across Enterprise marketing, as well as significant interaction with senior business leaders. Reporting directly to the PCW Chief of Staff with a direct line to the PCW CMO and their marketing leadership team of VPs.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $199,144.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
