In the realm of medical science, driving innovation and ensuring the flawless execution of clinical trials demands a deep, strategic mastery of clinical research. As pivotal leaders in this endeavor, Medical Directors will shape and oversee the clinical development strategy, steering projects from inception through execution. Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer, this high-impact role thrives within a dynamic matrix team, fostering collaboration across clinical, preclinical, and data science functions. With a focus on operational excellence, the Medical Director will be instrumental in forging powerful partnerships with both internal teams and external stakeholders, navigating the fast-paced and rapidly evolving landscape of healthcare and biotechnology.

The estimated base salary for the preferred primary location of the San Francisco Bay area ranges from $293,900- 360,000. Salary ranges for other locations may vary. Base pay offered may vary based on job related knowledge, experience, education, and location. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer.
