As a Global Meetings Coordinator, you’ll work with a team of professionals responsible for supporting internal meeting scheduling needs at Capital Group by managing daily workflow and providing seamless meeting coordination and business support.

The Meetings Team is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to global internal customers for meeting support services by identifying, analyzing, and resolving business issues related to meeting scheduling, food operations, and technology via phone and chat across different time zones. You’ll participate in department projects providing innovative solutions, working collaboratively ensuring project goals are met. You’ll work to retrieve, generate, leverage, and analyze data for reporting across multiple lines of business to provide updates, answer questions and issues, and identify opportunities to improve service, department processes, and effectiveness.  You will provide administrative support to the area’s Manager and the whole of the team. You will follow work to ensure that your Team’s mission to provide key support that will ensure that internal and vendor relationships on program changes or project work and partner with other lines of business such as Global Business Services Information Technology, Enterprise Change Office, and business leaders are met.

  • You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and you’ve used Excel to store, present, process, and analyze data. Experience with other relevant software (EMS, videoconferencing, project management tools).
  • Possessing a bachelor’s degree, along with 5 years in Workplace Experience, office management or hospitality are highly desirable.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $76,383-$122,213

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
