The Corporate Digital team is part of the overall Corporate CIO function and responsible for the delivery and application maintenance of digital platforms supporting our Corporate and Commercial banking business and serving Santander’s large corporate clients - this role sits within this team and reporting into Head of Corporate Internet Services.

Working collaboratively with product teams, change management, architecture and development squads
Providing innovative solutions catering to the business needs and taking into account the delivery priorities such as cost, time to market and strategic drivers
Being involved in requirement analysis, technical evaluation and documentation data analysis
What you’ll bring:
These are the essential requirements you need to be successful in this role:
Experience as an IT Solution Consultant in a Banking and Finance sector
Understanding of the various sectors of banking including Liquidy management
Experience in doing GAP analysis and providing the risk-free solutions
Experience in understanding client needs and providing technical solutions
Experience on stakeholder management
Understanding of architecture principles and different technologies such as Mainframe, Java, Angular, React Native Frameworks and other cloud-based technologies
It would also be nice for you to have:
Certification in CCBA/CBAP or equivalent
Understanding of SDLC Lifecycle and project management fundamentals
Understanding of estimation techniques

This role is based in Milton Keynes

To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 12 days per month (pro-rata for part-time roles).

1st Stage – Technical Interview – this will a 30min technical interview with one of the team
2nd Stage – A one-hour formal interview where we will ask both technical and competency-based questions. This can be done virtually or face to face depending on your situation.
