Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to provide day-to-day leadership and support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving productivity, meeting production schedules, ensuring product quality, and upholding strong employee health and safety standards. The Production Supervisor will manage daily operations, coach teams, and lead process improvements that strengthen performance and operational efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or another technical engineering discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in production supervision
• Proven experience implementing process improvements in a team environment
• Experience in Tube Fabrication area, laser cutting equipment
• Intermediate English
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of industry experience
• Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills
• Demonstrated ability to enforce policies, ensure compliance, and maintain high integrity
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional needs including maintenance, engineering, and inventory

Position Overview
The Production Supervisor will coach and support their assigned production area by providing daily guidance, communication, and coordination across teams and departments. This includes directing work assignments according to the production schedule and organizing activities to meet deadlines. The role is responsible for monitoring housekeeping, identifying and correcting safety issues, and ensuring compliance with environmental, productivity, quality, and health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include identifying and implementing continuous improvement projects, preparing and managing the department budget, enforcing policies and procedures, and taking corrective action when needed. The Production Supervisor will prepare and maintain production reports and records, coordinate departmental maintenance and engineering needs, analyze inventory, and order necessary materials or equipment for production. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

This position is located in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and requires strong leadership, high integrity, and the ability to manage multiple operations while driving team success.
