Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves engaging deeply with client environments to uncover opportunities that drive measurable business value. This role requires leading comprehensive assessments of the current operational state and collaborating with stakeholders to capture overarching customer needs. The Business Architect then shapes the necessary business solutions and frameworks to support these opportunities, while also crafting compelling business cases that align with the strategic vision. Throughout the day, the role demands a balance of analytical thinking, strategic planning, and effective communication to ensure that proposed initiatives are both feasible and impactful.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with technology capabilities.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate business requirements.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex business concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ability to translate high-level customer requirements into actionable business solutions.
- Experience in developing business cases that demonstrate value and support decision-making.
- Familiarity with retail business operations and technology integration principles.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
