LOCATION:               Faisalabad, Pakistan.

REPORTS TO:            Plant Manager

DIRECT REPORTS:    2

JOB TYPE:                  Part-time, 2 hours/day, 5 days/week (Contract)

The Medical Officer will provide medical expertise and treatment to our employees, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Medical Consultations: Provide primary medical care to on-job employees, including diagnosis, first aid treatment, and referrals.
  • Occupational Health: Conduct workplace risk assessments, monitor employee health, and implement measures to prevent work-related illnesses.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to medical emergencies, provide first aid, and coordinate evacuations if necessary.
  • Medical Administration: Maintain accurate medical records, manage approved medical supplies, and staff training/development.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to local health regulations, company policies, and international medical standards.

Qualified candidates will have:

Mandatory requirements:

  • MBBS (FCPS)/MD or equivalent medical degree (RMP).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in occupational health, general practice, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Valid medical license, BLS/ACLS certification (or equivalent)

Required behaviors and skills:

  •  Strong clinical and communication skills.
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  •  Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.
