Strong hands-on experience with documentation tools and platforms (GitHub, Git, version control systems) - Clear and concise written communication

DITA & XML authoring using oXygen Author or similar structured authoring tools - Strong attention to detail

Content management systems & publishing workflows (Astoria, Visual Studio, CI/CD integration) - Cross-functional collaboration

Complex enterprise documentation (multi-product, APIs, deployment, release documentation) - Ownership and ability to work independently

Agile documentation planning, sprint tracking & release management - Time management and sprint commitment
