We offer a role as Production Scheduler, who will report to the Supply Chain Manager of the plant and will be based in our site in Zola Predosa (BO). This figure will closely collaborate with production managers, shift leaders and supply chain in order to create and monitor the production schedules according to capacity, required timings and machines and plants’ availability. The candidate will also be responsible for the analysis of production KPIs in order to keep track of the efficiency of production processes and introduce corrective actions where necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan work flows by predicting time, resources and use of machines and plants.
  • Draw up production schedules on a daily basis, organizing the activities of the different production lines, in accordance with internal constraints (production capacity, etc.).
  • Monitor the actual progress of production compared to the planned one and introduce appropriate corrective actions where necessary.
  • Manage and create statistics and checks on the efficiency of production processes, in order to identify actions to improve the activities and planning.
  • Monitor and solicit the correct progress of production, coordinating teams and managing shifts, all in collaboration with the shift leaders and production managers.
  • Manage, monitor and improve production key performance indicators (KPls).

Required Competencies:

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering or Management Engineering are preferred).
  • A previous experience in a production environment is considered a plus.
  • An advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required.
  • Fluent English (at least level B2) is required.
  • Continuous improvement approach.
