You’ll lead the discovery, interpretation and communication of meaningful data patterns that inform innovation for greater guest loyalty. Your work will help guide the holistic Target experience for our guests while providing our business partners with facts distilled into insights and implications that they can quickly and easily act on. You’ll dream big to ideate the new tools and methodologies that effectively answer Marketing and Media Strategy’s most critical questions. And you’ll provide leadership when it comes to guest data governance, policies and enhancements.

Position Overview
The primary function of this role is to support Visual Communication to develop world-
class Visual Tools for our store team members. Manage execution of multiple Mock
Store Images, Visual Merchandising Guides and special projects so that store team
members can set the store accurately.

Principal duties and responsibilities:
Effectively manage global partnerships with the US teams and deliver on Visual
Merchandising Guides with accuracy.
Understand upstream and downstream context of the business/process
Evaluates processes and make recommendations for improvement. Strive for
continuous improvement and elimination of non-value added workload
Follow operational hygiene (Project management practices, quality assurance,
time tracker)
Proficient in design softwares including SketchUp, InDesign and Photoshop to
build out Visual Merchandising Guides for US stores.
Open to upskill with newer technologies related to core function.
Effectively onboard, train and mentor new hires
REPORTING/WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports to Visual Sr. Manager
Works closely with global Visual Communication Partners, ISM, Space &
Presentation and other Support Teams.


About You:
Graduate : 3 to 5 yrs experience (Design, Fashion, Professional degree)
Advanced knowledge in Adobe Suite (or similar) applications required
Excellent problem solving and project management experience
Excellent communicator ability to present to large groups of people, manage
cross functional projects and strong organization skills
