We are looking for a Tool Room Supervisor to join our beverage can factory in Hämeenlinna.

Tool Room Supervisor

Main responsibilities:

  • Oversee production tools section, including toolroom team, task assignment, attendance, and performance management,
  • Monitor technological tools inventory and take action as needed,
  • Prepare tooling reports,
  • Verify documentation for orders and purchases,
  • Supervise aluminum coil quality, tooling trials, and calibration inspections,
  • Lead continuous improvement for the tools section,
  • Act as coordinator for tooling and aluminum coil suppliers and Group contacts.

Our expectations:

  • Degree in technical or other related field in manufacturing,
  • Experience with SAP and Office 365,
  • Experience in a similar position is helpful, but we also welcome those eager to learn and develop in the role,
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,
  • Previous experience in supervisory work is considered as an advantage.
