The expected hiring range for this position is:
$111,400.00-$146,600.00.Please note that the pay range information is a general guideline only. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such the scope and responsibilities of the position, qualifications of the selected candidate, business considerations, internal equity, and external market pay for comparable jobs.
About the Role:
The Emergency Program Manager leads the Laboratory’s continuity, emergency preparedness, and emergency readiness assurance programs to ensure compliance with DOE and institutional requirements. Oversees continuity planning, manages critical program documentation, and directs readiness activities such as assessments, drills, exercises, and corrective action processes. Coordinates closely with internal and external partners to strengthen organizational preparedness and resilience. Leads Emergency Operations Center preparedness and response activities, including managing institutional emergency activations. The position includes managing the laboratory Duty Officer program and rotational on‑call responsibilities to support off‑hours emergency response needs. May supervise or lead project teams.
