ROLE SUMMARY
The Manager Commercial Operations is a significant, cross-functional role that collaboratively partners among the US Hospital Business Unit Commercial Team, Account Management, Finance, USMA, PGS, etc. to maximize the performance of the US HBU business and deliver on the organization's strategic goals, objectives, and commitments.
The position is primarily an Individual Contributor that is a highly engaged member of the US Hospital portfolio Triads* (with a Portfolio Director and PGS Demand Planner) and for providing leadership/support to the Portfolio Lead by delivering holistic summary guidance/perspectives across all of his/her portfolio segments.
*Note: Leadership reserves the right to vary Triad alignments as necessary to meet business needs.
The Triad will work collaboratively and creatively to maximize the performance of their assigned portfolio, positively impact long-term profitability of US HBU, and meet the needs of customers and patients. The position may also be responsible to directly or indirectly lead projects / initiatives to develop tools and reports to analyze data in an environment that is conducive to personnel development and achievement.
The successful candidate will be self-driven with strong business acumen and can-do attitude; demonstrate the ability to interface, communicate effectively, and build relationships with all levels within the organization; and be highly focused on driving effectiveness, efficiency and continuous improvement by enhancing and improving the analytics capabilities within US HBU. He/she will be analytical, organized, and knowledgeable about our market and business. He/she will have proven expertise working in a complex environment and navigating a matrixed organization to drive constructive dialog/debate, support strong decision-making, secure support, and drive alignment.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $106,000.00 to $171,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 15.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
