About the Role

岗位职责

业务规划与项目：

• 统筹计划年度销售战略/竞赛/活动以帮助渠道达成管理层制定的年度销售目标
• 协助监管销售业绩，通过调整业务计划，发现并解决业务问题
• 根据机构负责人的要求，参与特定业务项目，以帮助渠道达成销售目标，满足销售需求
• 业务渠道各类业务策划会务、活动及竞赛出行执行

营销员荣誉体系推动：

• 推广营销员渠道文化建设，通过推动各类荣誉体系提升营销员业务品质，包括月度荣誉体系、年度荣誉体系、五星会荣誉、MDRT等
• 推动MDRT文化，扩大MDRT队伍，助力全年渠道业务目标达成
• 推动五星会荣誉体系，提升新人活动率及津贴获得率
• 组织执行各类荣誉性质大型颁奖典礼及活动

产品策划推动：

• 根据业务要求，统筹新产品培训、推动
• 根据业务节奏，包装推动各类产品，提高营销员产能，完成渠道业务目标
• 通过开发行销物料和定期workshop，提升营销员的产品认知和销售技能
• 老客户数据分析及加保活动，以及通过产品开拓新客户资源

任职要求

教育背景：大学本科或以上学历（经济、金融或市场营销专业优先）

相关经验：8年及以上相关经验（具有活动组织经验优先）, 至少3年管理经验

技能要求：

• 具备扎实的市场与营销知识
• 熟悉寿险及健康险产品
• 有创新性思维
• 良好的沟通与表达能力
• 能有效对员工进行业绩辅导
• 良好的解决问题与决断的能力
