What you'll do

As a Risk Analytics Manager, you’ll be carrying out governance and control activities for your own team and on behalf of Financial Risk & Analytics (FR&A) teams including deliverables tracking, reviewing or preparing meeting minutes, reporting on process and control environment, and managing control remediation activities.

You’ll also be:

• Leading a team of highly technically skilled business analysts and process controllers
• Delivering change that enhances the efficiency or effectiveness of FR&A’s analytical output

The skills you'll need

To take on this role, you’ll need banking or financial services experience, along with experience of risk systems, methodologies and processes in a retail or wholesale bank environment.

You’ll also bring:

• Experience of delivering across multiple businesses, involving complex stakeholder, process and technology issues
• Broad analytical skills
• Good project management skills
• Good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work as part of a team, share ideas and learn from others
