JOB DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITY.

1. Summary: 

  • Reporting directly to: SFE Manager 

High frequency of interaction: SFE, SFA, Training, Ethical Sales Team, KAM, Marketing, Vendor, BI 

  • Working location: Me Linh Point Tower, 02 Ngo Duc Ke, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh 

2. Core job responsibilities: 

Master data: 

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain master data hygiene. 
  • Create and update master data information (HCO, Department, HCP, POS, Employee…) in the system after receiving approval. 
  • Control the quality of data input. 

Territory, Segmentation and Targeting (S&T): 

  • Responsible for maintaining and updating Target List, including hierarchy setup, account allocation, and coverage tracking. 
  • Ensure the integrity of data by addressing duplicates and validating system enhancements within TLA system. 
  • Oversee customer segmentation and targeting processes by ensuring accurate survey formulas, survey items and supporting alignment with business strategies. 

Goal, KPI, Target Setting, Incentive and Awards: 

  • Coordinate with SFE Manager to monitor and measure KPIs to reflect the  effectiveness of the operation 
  • Handle goal sheet rollout to ensure timely communication and alignment with organizational objectives. 
  • Support SFE Manager in incentive and award schemes, including rollout, tracking, and reporting for field teams. 
  • Plan and allocate commissionable target setting, adjust KPIs for exceptional cases to ensure fairness and alignment with business goals. 

Performance Dashboards: 

  • Coordinate with BI to publish KPIs weekly report. 
  • Build and propose automatic reporting tools to extract and manage data from different sources effectively. 
  • Integrate data from different sources to create business insights. 
  • Support line manager to build auto report on BI. 
  • Other reports as requested by line manager. 

BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

Core Skill Requirement 

  • Good at MS Office, excellence in Excel and Power Point (Advanced level is a plus) 
  • Good at communication skills and English fluency
