How you will do it:

1. Order Management Processing & Fulfilment

• Receive order from Intercompany customer, review and ensure completeness of customer PO.

• Manage order entry (booking) in ERP system.

• Manage Purchase Requisition and PO conversion and placement to Intercompany Suppliers

2. Order Management Coordination

Ensure smooth communication between Supplier & Intercompany Customer, i.e., delivery schedule, shipment related information.

Support pricing & any other commercial changes after order placement

3. Shipment Management & Freight Forwarding Coordination

• Receive shipment information from Intercompany Suppliers and prepare shipping invoices for shipment.

• Release shipping instructions to Freight Forwarder and arrange shipment collection

• Coordinate custom clearance process with Intercompany Customers

• Manage Inbound Delivery to Intercompany Customer Sites

4. Goods Receiving & Goods Issue

Perform Goods receiving once intercompany customer confirmed goods receipt in good condition.

Perform Goods Issue & generate commercial invoice once goods shipped, per Intercompany customer confirmation.

5. Post Sale – Return/Repair/Disposal

• Coordinate post sale request – return, repair and or disposal request between Intercompany

Customers & Suppliers

6. Inventory Management

Perform Cycle Count/Periodic Inventory Reconciliation with Intercompany Customer/3PL.

7. Logistics / Transportation & Storage Invoice Verification

• Check and audit third party freight forwarder/logistics providers invoices and process invoices. accordingly

Ensure payment on-time to all the providers.

8. Record & Reporting

Ensure proper records of documentation, per company & statutory requirements.

Generate periodic sales/order/shipment reports as per the Management requirement.

9. Global Logistics Spend Analysis and Reporting

Global Logistics Monthly Spend Analysis

Global Logistics Operations related projects support

10. Any other and adhoc tasks as assigned by the Management

What we look for:

The successful candidate will possess the following:

•   At least Diploma in Business, Logistics Management, or any related fields

•   At least 5 years working experience in supply chain related industry.

•   ERP SD/MM transactions skillset - preferably SAP system

•   Microsoft Office skillset

•   English, and preferably Chinese and/or Japanese

•   Ability to work independently.

•   Good communication Skills

•   Good Customer service & interpersonal skills
