What we offer:

Group Summary:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field

·        Minimum 2 years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment

·        Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL

·        Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MES platforms

·        Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques

·        Experience with scripting languages like Python or R is a plus

·        Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

·        Effective communicator with the ability to present complex data insights to cross-functional teams
