The Opportunity:

Business Process Owner work involves acting as a liaison between the business/end users and IT systems development teams for business needs requiring IT based solutions including: Identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives. Making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology. Researching business requirements and documenting the relationships between the components of the application system (i.e., end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices).

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Execute the demands from business relating IT stuffs, looking the totally understanding of processes, raising requisites, desires, necessities and clarify all doubts from users.

• Manage the execution of demands from business, with chronogram for all stages, organizing the information, building flows and define the structure of solutions. Maintain the business involved in all stages of demands, with communications plans, tests and validations.

• Keep the systems running and provide the support for all users being a SPOC (Single Point Of Contact).

• Be involved in business routines to understand the process and be able to suggest improvements to reduce costs, reduce lead time, improve quality, etc.

• Create and keep manuals of systems and processes updated, with flows, screens, technical specifications, etc.

• Be a SPOC for global initiatives and implementations and lead them.

• Make a training plan of systems to users and handle it periodically with current users and a special plan for new users make onboarding.

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your Background:

• Degree: Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or similar.

• Agile methodologies, ERP SAP, Development tools, PowerBI, PowerApps, Sharepoint

• Advanced English (required)

• Intermediate Spanish (desirable)
