Job Description:

Arrow Electronics is looking for an Inside Sales Representative. This is your opportunity to join a successful team, develop a variety of professional career skills, and become a member of a Fortune 100 corporation.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and sale support to key customer locations

  • Quote spot buy opportunities to support emergent demands

  • Manage your assigned accounts by taking proactive and regular actions related to sales and account support

  • Support the business by tracking shipments, maintaining orders, managing backlog, expediting in bound shipments and troubleshooting delivery issues

  • Assist in the inventory monitoring and replenishment process

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred and 2-4 years of industry experience or Associate degree with equivalent related experience

  • Time management skills and multi-tasking flexibility

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills

  • Excel experience - pivot tables, VLOOKUP skills preferred

  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the globe

  • Due to contractual requirements with the federal government, viable candidates must be US citizens

  • Competitive base + commission

Work Arrangement: Alpharetta, Huntsville, and Lake Mary-This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our office and 2 days per week from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$22.07 - $26.97

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
