We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Reporting, Presentation, and Communications Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in governance committee management, data analysis, reporting, and the creation of high-quality presentations using PowerPoint. This role is pivotal in ensuring that complex data and information are conveyed in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner to senior executive leaders. Strong communication and storytelling skills, along with technical proficiency in PowerPoint and reporting tools, are essential.


Key Responsibilities:
Reporting and Analysis: 

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate reports for internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Develop custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide actionable insights. 
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in data reporting. 

Presentation Design: 

  • Create visually appealing and impactful presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint. 
  • Transform complex data into clear, concise, and compelling narratives. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and ensure alignment with business goals. 
  • Design templates and maintain brand consistency in presentations. 

Communication: 

  • Present reports and findings to senior management and other stakeholders through written and verbal communication. 
  • Assist in drafting and editing communication materials, including memos, emails, and reports. 
  • Develop strategies for effective communication of data, ensuring that key insights are understood by diverse audiences. 
  • Liaise with senior leadership to ensure presentations and reports meet their expectations and align with business strategies. 

Project Management: 

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of reports and presentations. 
  • Monitor and track the performance of reports and presentations to ensure they meet intended objectives. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. 
  • 8+ Years proven experience in data reporting, analysis, and presentation creation. 
  • Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to convey complex information clearly. 
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. 
  • Familiarity with data visualization best practices and principles.
  • This would be a hybrid role and in office 3/days a week. 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). 
  • Knowledge of additional data reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Google Analytics). Experience presenting to C-suite or senior-level executives.

Annual Salary

$128,000.00 - $224,000.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
