Core One seeks a Junior Recruiter who will be part of an energetic and motivated team that directly impacts the growth and success of our organization. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for exploiting multiple sources and finding top level cleared talent to provide support to our intelligence community customer.
The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and recruiting candidates while leveraging available automation and technology for a seamless candidate experience. The Junior Recruiter will master candidate management and engagement and will be assigned goals and deliverables by the team lead.
Responsibilities:
· Work with business stakeholders and hiring authorities collecting position requirements, vetting requirements, and delivering the organizational brand to candidates
· Conduct full-life cycle recruiting activities to include sourcing, candidate engagement, candidate qualifying, scheduling interviews, as well as extending, negotiating, and managing offer acceptances
· Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and ongoing relationship management
· Collaborate with the team lead and hiring authorities to ensure hiring goals and timelines are met
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and activity in the applicant tracking system
· Continuously monitor and analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement
· Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role
· Will leverage internal resources to identify, engage, and qualify talent
· Will engage with candidates to deliver the company employment value proposition
· Will work with other business stakeholders to assist in identifying, communicating with, and engaging referred candidates
· Assist business stakeholders with candidate name generation
· Work with the recruitment team to build a network of talent for current and future positions
· Will reach out to candidates via phone, messaging, email, social media, text, etc.
· Will work with talent team and business stakeholders to meet hiring targets and meet organizational business goals
· Work with the established recruitment strategy
Requirements:
· High School Diploma required and minimum of 1 year of demonstrated work experience in a customer service environment (Ex. Hospitality and/or Retail)
· Ability to multi-task and work with people
· Experience using web-based software as well as Google and Microsoft Office Applications
· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring authorities
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
· Agile work ethic, curious, creative, flexible and adaptable
