Role The Risk Pricing Strategy Manager/Senior Manager is responsible for developing and executing data-driven pricing strategies that optimize profitability for Kafene’s lease-to-own product. This highly visible individual contributor role partners with the engineering, sales, analytics, operations, and finance teams to ensure pricing decisions align with business objectives and risk appetite. The role combines advanced analytics, business insights, and risk management knowledge to drive portfolio performance, profitability, and strong retailer partnerships.
