Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Permit Planning Senior Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to lead the strategic planning, scheduling, and integration of all permitting activities across projects and business units.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and manage the master permitting plan for all projects.
• Forecast, prioritize, and sequence permits in line with project schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams
• Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and escalate issues when required.
• Provide executive-level reporting and performance insights.
• Lead and mentor a team of permit planning professionals.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• 12+ years’ experience in permitting, planning, or large-scale project delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory processes, municipal approvals, and infrastructure permitting.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong technical expertise in project planning and digital dashboards.
• Excellent communication in English & Arabic a strong advantage.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Expertise in forecasting, scheduling, and aligning permits with stage-gates and master plans.
• Strong understanding of municipal/environmental permitting and ability to mitigate approval delays.
• Proven skills in leading teams, coordinating with government authorities, and influencing outcomes.
• Excellent English and Arabic, with strong analytical, negotiation, and issue-resolution abilities.
