About the Role
Drive strategy development and long-term strategic initiatives for AIAHK, while acting as strategic advisor to the executive and business teams, and as a COE for strategy development within AIAHKJob Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading the process of strategy development in AIAHK, including developing insights, defining new strategic priorities, shaping and synthesizing enterprise-wide strategic plans, and building stakeholder alignment.
Deliver insights and thought leadership on market developments and implications for AIAHK
Identify new strategic opportunities and strategies
Develop and synthesise strategic plans for AIAHK
Enhance the Strategy team’s role as a COE in AIAHK
Lead and build capability of Strategy team, while effectively managing senior stakeholders
