Posting Title:  Member Services Assistant

How will this role have an impact?

Under the supervision of the Member Services Manager, the Member Services Assistant provides follow-up calls and mailings to members regarding previous appointments; Conducts surveys post IHE Assessment, fills requests of members, and answers a high volume of internal calls. Creating Internal requests for further follow up, upon request. The Member Services Assistant is responsible for adding accurate notes for future follow-up by Signify health and/or Health Plans. Works diligently to meet department goals.

Schedule:  The Signify Health Member Services department operates 7 days a week / 11 hours per day. Shifts may include weekend days (Saturday/ Sunday) and traditional weekdays (Monday- Friday).

Work Location:  This is a hybrid role based in Dallas, TX.  Applicants must be within commuting distance of our Dallas HQ building located at 4055 Valley View Ln, Dallas, TX 75244 

*We will consider some remote roles on case by case basis per business need.*

What will you do?

  • Perform surveys within the 2 week time frame
  • Perform compliance surveys 
  • Print and mail evaluations.
  • Handle any incoming mail
  • Provide backup coverage for the Member Services team 
  • Responsible to for follow-up on voicemails 
  • Ability to work on any special project.
  • Be on time, ready to work at the assigned work location on a daily basis.
  • Manage time effectively.
  • Respond well to coaching and supervision.
  • Answer and follow up on all member inquiries in a timely fashion.
  • Actively demonstrate teamwork at all times. 
  • Ability to work overtime.


Additional Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Participate in staff meetings, conference calls, and other meetings as needed
  • Complete reports as requested by Supervisor
  • Assist/coach/coordinate with other team members
  • Attend training sessions to acquire/enhance skills related to programs offered
  • Perform other incidental and related duties as required


We are looking for someone with:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent - Some college preferred but not required
  • Minimum of 2 years successful work experience in a related field 
  • Prior experience in a fast paced customer service environment
  • Prior experience working in call center or inbound calls environment
  • Speak, read, and write English fluently
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Advanced skills in Google Suites
  •  Accurate data entry skills

The base salary hiring range for this position is $15.00/HR to $17.50/HR. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
