What success looks like in this role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused HR Operations Specialist (Polish Speaking) to join our HR team. In this role, you will support a wide range of HR operational processes, ensure the accuracy of employee data, and provide high-quality support to associates and leaders. You will also develop subject matter expertise in HR processes while contributing to an efficient and compliant employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned HR operational processes.

  • Manage HR administration tasks and complete time-sensitive activities accurately and within agreed timelines.

  • Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees and managers, and support the resolution of more complex cases.

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

  • Handle employee information in accordance with company policies regarding privacy and confidentiality.

  • Prepare and distribute employment-related documentation, including onboarding, employment changes, life events, and offboarding packages.

  • Prepare periodic reports and provide status updates as required.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Native-level proficiency in Polish and communicative English, both written and spoken.

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and 2–4 years of relevant HR or administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience working with HR systems (HRIS) is an advantage.
