What success looks like in this role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused HR Operations Specialist (Polish Speaking) to join our HR team. In this role, you will support a wide range of HR operational processes, ensure the accuracy of employee data, and provide high-quality support to associates and leaders. You will also develop subject matter expertise in HR processes while contributing to an efficient and compliant employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned HR operational processes.
Manage HR administration tasks and complete time-sensitive activities accurately and within agreed timelines.
Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees and managers, and support the resolution of more complex cases.
Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Handle employee information in accordance with company policies regarding privacy and confidentiality.
Prepare and distribute employment-related documentation, including onboarding, employment changes, life events, and offboarding packages.
Prepare periodic reports and provide status updates as required.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Native-level proficiency in Polish and communicative English, both written and spoken.
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and 2–4 years of relevant HR or administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with HR systems (HRIS) is an advantage.
