In the Nike Digital Commerce team, we take pride in producing premium and flawless experiences for our consumers. Obsessing the details ensures we provide a best-in-class end-to-end shopping experience. This is done in collaboration with the Platforms and Growth, Digital Operations, Planning (DSM), and Digital Marketing teams. In partnership with the Site Experience Manager, you will establish seasonal plans, brand and retail moments experiences to achieve business targets by building optimized digital consumer journeys to remove friction, and drive conversion. The Site Experience Specialist will be reporting to the Site Experience Manager.

Have a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
Have 3-5 years of professional experience in digital commerce or digital marketing.
Experience in e-commerce retail and product knowledge.
Show ability to work under extremely tight timelines
Have strong communication skills and quick to act to resolve problems
Be a strategic and analytical thinker with an ability to take data and transform it into action
Have excellent organizational skills, able to multi-task with an obsession for details
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
The Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC) Site Experience Specialist is responsible for optimizing the consumer’s digital journey end to end in collaboration and ensure the best representation of our product assortment on our digital ecosystem.
You will manage in-season product readiness and life cycle management for our online store (activations, close-outs etc)
You will manage product wall maintenance, refresh, and PDP optimization across Nike.com & Nike App
You will leverage business analytics and insights to audit and action on consumer navigation, elevate traffic to new/high-heat products, and find enhancement opportunities to drive conversion and sales
You will ensure featured products have inventory levels to match demand
You will coordinate and assist with marketing campaigns including SEO and Paid journeys
You will provide reporting to analyze and share insights with cross-functional partners
You will develop action plans and drive agile execution against prioritized opportunities
