Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the continue business development of Regional Marketing team – Southeast Asia

• Responsible for new player development by capturing and cultivating high quality players

• Maintains accurate records and documentation so that information can be analyzed

• Monitor employee adherence to performance standards regularly.

• Establish and maintain open channels of communication within Regional Marketing team

• Establish a team atmosphere where all members are treated with dignity and respect.

• Maintain and establish relationship with Potential player

• Reach turnover requirement set by the management team

• Work closely with all managers with other departments to ensure a smooth operation

• Assist company event and promote to players

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years’ related experience in casino marketing management required, with track record of effective and successful management

• Must be bilingual in Mandarin/Cantonese and English; (Other Asian languages advantageous e.g. Thai, Malay, Japanese, Indonesian, Korean)

• Possess PC knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft office

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and possess strong well-established clientele in Southeast Asia market
