Your Daily Contribution & Impact:

  • Coordinates the shipping workflow and other warehouse operations.

  • Assist in the training of new employees and the ongoing training of existing employees to ensure quality and productivity are met or exceeded while following all safety policies.

  • Assigns tasks and work orders to warehouse associates.

  • Maintains the daily shipping and receiving schedule.

  • Reviews open and closed sales orders.

  • Creates and files sales orders, invoices/BOL’s, productivity reports, packing lists, and other documentation.

  • Works closely with the customer service team to resolve issues.

  • Collaborates with the warehouse supervisor and associates.

  • Assists the operations department with fulfillment and quality control.

  • Escalates issues to site leadership when necessary.

  • Uses warehouse management systems (WMS) and Systems Applications.

  • Follows all company policies and procedures.

  • Plan and coordinate all order picking and shipping activities in order to meet or exceed distribution center objectives.

  • Promote and support a safe and healthy work environment in accordance with governmental regulations.

  • Act as a leader with employ



Expertise & Essential Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 3 to 5 years experience in a distribution environment

  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)including, RF Units, ERP(SAP) an asset.

  • Ability to adapt and lead in a constantly changing environment.

  • Capacity to work under pressure for meeting customer needs.

  • Strong leadership skills, which include the ability to work efficiently within a multidisciplinary team.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills.

  • Must be in good physical condition (ability to stand, walk, sit and handle parts)

  • Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

  • Experience in wholesale distribution and/or automotive industry an asset.
