Aviatrix, a leading cloud networking company, is seeking an IT Service Management Engineer to join our growing team in the India Office. As an IT Service Management Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving Aviatrix's IT services by ensuring a seamless experience for all employees. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically and operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional support to our workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure an efficient and reliable IT system for all employees.
  • Onboard/Offboard users on various IT systems and applications.
  • Manage and troubleshoot device and application issues.
  • Implement and maintain asset management processes.
  • Manage, monitor, and report on application licensing and entitlements status.
  • Provide basic IT support such as desktop/laptop setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Maintain user access management by overseeing role-based access and identity and access management (IAM).
  • Ensure IT security measures are in place and effectively securing company information.
  • Manage and maintain service request tickets using Jira.
  • Maintain and report on device inventory and device management tools.
  • Manage and provide support on O365, Slack, Zoom, Jira, SFDC, Zendesk, Asana and other IT tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management role.
  • Strong knowledge of Jira Service Desk and other ticket management tools.
  • Experience with O365, EntraID, Azure AD.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills in device and application support.
  • Experience in IT Security and IAM processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Application Licensing and management.
  • Good understanding of basic IT support and desktop/laptop maintenance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Your total compensation package will be based on job-related knowledge, education, certifications and location, per our aligned ranges.
