Your role and responsibilities


As a Sales Specialist for MV/LV Switchgear and Digital Solutions, you will drive business growth within the Industry segment across the ABB Croatia Cluster (including Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Kosovo, and Albania). You will collaborate closely with the project management team to execute regional and global projects, acting as a key technical ambassador by presenting ABB manufacturing facilities to customers and demonstrating how our technology solves their operational challenges.


You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.

  • Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.

  • Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.

  • Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.


You will join a dynamic team, where you will be able to thrive. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the project management team to execute regional and global projects. You will act as a key ambassador for our manufacturing facilities, presenting our factories to clients to demonstrate how our advanced technology and deep expertise deliver solutions to their business challenges.


Qualifications for the role

  • You are immersed working with MV and LV switchgear, and the Industry market

  • You have minimum 2 years of experience in sales of MV/LV switchgear and digital solutions for Industry segment

  • You are highly adept in using of MV and LV configurators

  • You are innovative around using new technologies, founding a proper technical solution for customer needs, you are communicative, problem solver, good in time management and a fast adapter

  • You hold Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering

  • You are at ease communicating in English and Croatian, written and spoken, other languages are bonus

  • Driver's license B category is mandatory
