This program is a 10-week full-time opportunity that provides real work experience with a team in your business area.  You will be aligned to projects to lead or contribute to while also participating in networking, development, and career exploration activities. Our Corporate Interns can apply for future full-time roles during the program and have an increased likelihood to receive an offer for a post-graduation role.  

We typically host our first week of the Sales Enablement Internship on-site at the annual ACHA conference. The conference is scheduled for May 28th 2025 in New Orleans, Louisiana. Travel costs & logistics for New Orleans will be pre-arranged and provided by the business.

The remainder of the internship experience will run June 2nd - August 8th in Hartford, CT. Business support for additional travel arrangements to Hartford, CT will also be provided.

This is a hybrid position with 3 days (generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in the following office location: Hartford, CT. The other 2 days each week, colleagues will have the option to work remotely from home, the on-campus office, or another location of your choice. Housing & relocation funding may be provided for the 10-weeks of the summer internship.

The hourly rate is $23/hr up to 40 hours/ week, no work on July 4th (company holiday), and two days of paid leave.

Education

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree
  • Have an anticipated graduation date between September 2025 and August 2026
  •  Have a major, minor, concentration, or work experience relevant to the position. Examples include: Business/Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Risk Management & Insurance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Analytics or Management

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:


 

$17.00 - $31.30
